The first Advanced Master Program® to be created at Arts et Métiers in 1985, its aim is to train operational managers capable of leading, implementing and taking responsibility for a Quality Management system, associated with a continuous improvement program.

The educational objective of the specialized master's degree is to train quality managers, functional and operational executives, capable of leading and implementing a quality improvement program, or taking responsibility for a quality management activity in a large company (Quality Director).

The program introduces the fundamentals of quality and certification, taking an innovative approach to quality with Lean-Management and Six-Sigma, and explores quality-driven project management. It also covers risk management and quality tools, as well as human resources management and communication.
