> The support of the CENTRE SCIENTIFIQUE ET TECHNIQUE DU BATIMENT (CSTB) to the Scientific and Pedagogical Committee of the MS and to the coordination of several weeks, both in the technical field and in that of economics and human sciences.> The active partnership organized with 6 private companies that send or finance 1 to 4 executives each year: an energy specialist ENGIE, a property manager and project owner, LOGEMENT FRANÇAIS (a subsidiary of the AXA Group), a global property player, CRÉDIT AGRICOLE IMMOBILIER, the property operator of the La Poste Group, POSTE IMMO, an energy services company, DALKIA, and a major industrialist, SAINT-GOBAIN. THE MINISTRY OF ECOLOGICAL AND SOLIDAR TRANSITION, THE MINISTRY OF LAND COHESION and THE DEFENCE INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICE OF THE MINISTRY OF ARMS send up to 5 executives per year. The Steering Committee for the Specialized Masters® is chaired by Saint-Gobain's Building Distribution Sector HR Director.

Created in 2011 in the context of the Grenelle Environment Round Table, with a focus on energy and environmental performance, the advanced Master®, in order to better meet the needs of private companies and the public sector, takes the measure of the importance of the transition from fossil and fissile energies to renewable energies and the considerable impact of the digital revolution.
It is part of the ongoing upheaval in the processes of construction, renovation and management of real estate and buildings: technological, organisational and financial innovations, BIM (building and information modelling), big data, and the arrival of new digital players.
